Shaolin Kung Fu in Springfield offers high quality martial arts training to adults, teens, and children ages 6+. Shaolin Kung Fu Center services Springfield and its surrounding area. Our school is part of Warriors Fusion, created by our master, Sifu Lisandro Vega (AKA "Sifu Li"). Along with our sister school in Amherst, we are the only two schools in Western Massachusetts that offer authentic martial art of Shaolin Kung Fu. Shaolin Kung Fu comes from China and is one of the oldest and most respected martial arts. Our curriculum derives from traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Long Fist (Chan Chuan), and Eagle Claw (Ying Zhao Quan). Our comprehensive training program includes basic stances, effective hand strikes and kicks, hand forms, weapons, and self-defense. Our students come from all walks of life, and train in kung fu for many different reasons – physical fitness, self-defense, increased flexibility, inner peace and self-discipline.
