Sifu Lisandro Vega
Sifu Lisandro Vega started martial arts at the age of 6. His first style was the Japanese art of Judo, which incorporates throwing, holding and locking techniques. Through his training, he was able to greatly improve his flexibility. He began to research other styles of martial arts and his interest in the Chinese art of Kung Fu began with a love of Kung Fu movies. Martial Arts and Kung Fu in particular, eventually became part of his lifestyle, especially the beliefs and practices of Shaolin Kung Fu. For a full BIO of Sifu Li click here. Head Instructor - Adam Lueb Head Instructor Adam started his Martial arts training at the age of 19. Even though he started "late" it hasn't stopped him from training hard. Adam has listened to every word of advice his teachers have given him about Kung Fu and put it into his training. Working hard has earned Adam numerous medals in Competitions for forms and fighting. Head Instructor Adam works hard with his students to pass on all his knowledge of Chinese Martial Arts. He loves teaching the children and adult classes. Often perceived as "Likes to have fun and always positive" he works hard with the classes to spread his knowledge.
